The government of Kerala is converting ration cards available in the current format into smart cards. It was officially inaugurated on November 2nd,2021. As similar to size ATM cards smart ration card is available now. The government has implemented a plan to convert ration cards into Smart Cards, which can be used as identification cards also. On the front page of smart ration the owner’s photo, barcode, and QR code is designed , and on the back page is with information such as monthly income, the number of ration stores, and if the residence has an electric or LPG gas connection, among other things. A service charge of Rs 25 (reduced for the priority category) need for converting ration card into a Smart Card.

How To Apply by online:

Go to the official website of the Civil Supply Corporation.

Click the Citizen login option.

Select the Citizen login option

select the Create Account option given below.

Enter your Aadhaar number and ration card number.

click on the “I Agree” button and then the “validate” button below.

Type the captcha given by the form as well

click on the submit button.

How to download Smart ration card?

Go to the official website and login .

Create an account if not already created, by entering the user login id, password, name & email id.

Login using user id and password.

Click “print” from the menu bar.
