Nokia 5310 feature phone to launch in India on June 16th



Nokia 5310 India launch is set for June 16th, HMD Global confirmed today on Twitter. The device was originally unveiled back in March as a refreshed version of the classic Nokia 5310 Xpress Music that was introduced in 2007.
The new Nokia 5310 feature phone ships with a unique multi-coloured design and physical music controls on the side. The Nokia 5310 will arrive in White, Red, and Black/Red colours.

The new Nokia 5310 arrives with a red-colour accent and has play/pause, skip, forward and backward keys on the right. The volume buttons are on the left spine. The feature phone has a 3.5mm audio jack and FM Radio built-in. The Nokia 5310 sports a 2.4-inch QVGA display and is equipped with a physical T9 keyboard. It packs 16MB internal storage that is expandable up to 32GB and boots Nokia Series 30+ operating system. The phone is powered by the MediaTek MT6260A chipset coupled with 8MB RAM. The Nokia 5310 feature phone packs a 1200mAh battery that is claimed to offer 30 days of standby time.
Nokia 5310 is priced at EUR 39 (approx Rs 3,129) and the company will announce the phone’s India price on June 16th.
