These are the components you need for the LED Bulb.

1. Capacitors

C1 - 400V 1uf / 105J 400V , C2 - 63V 220uf

2. Resistors

R1 - 1m/2W , R2-R3 - 100 ohm/2W

3. Diodes

D1-D4 - IN4007

4. Zener Diode - 12V

5. LED 10W

Soldering iron,Solder wire,Flux,Wire stripper
